Salted caramel and chocolate Eton mess

INGREDIENTS
             100g dark chocolate, grated
             300ml thickened cream, whipped
             100g pkt mini meringues
             250g strawberries, hulled, chopped
             160ml (2/3 cup) salted caramel sauce

METHOD
             Step 1
Sprinkle one-third of the chocolate into four 250ml (1 cup) serving glasses. Layer the cream, meringues, strawberry and remaining chocolate in the glasses.
             Step 2
Drizzle with salted caramel sauce over and serve immediately.
