INGREDIENTS
• 100g dark
chocolate, grated
• 300ml
thickened cream, whipped
• 100g pkt
mini meringues
• 250g
strawberries, hulled, chopped
• 160ml
(2/3 cup) salted caramel sauce
METHOD
• Step 1
Sprinkle one-third of the chocolate into four 250ml (1 cup)
serving glasses. Layer the cream, meringues, strawberry and remaining chocolate
in the glasses.
• Step 2
Drizzle with salted caramel sauce over and serve
immediately.
